我们收集什么

你主动留下的联系方式：例如订阅用的 Email、申请表或「留下一句话」中留下的联系方式。
你主动写下的内容：如申请表回答、信件内容、决策镜中你选择寄出或请子叶审阅的内容。
技术信息：目前不使用 Google Analytics 等分析 Cookie；站点仅可能使用保障基本功能所需的必要技术 Cookie（例如会话或安全相关）。

决策镜里「只留给自己」或关闭未送出的内容，不会被储存或送出。

我们如何使用

回复你的来信、申请与探索通话安排。
发送你订阅的新文章或不定期服务动态（可随时取消）。

子叶不会出售你的个人信息，也不会将对话内容用于公开案例或营销素材，除非事先取得你的书面允许。

Cookie 与分析

目前本站暂不启用 Google Analytics（GA4）或类似分析工具，也不展示 Cookie 同意提示条。若日后重新启用分析，会在本页更新说明，并在需要时提供同意机制。

浏览器仍可能因正常运作（如安全、偏好）产生必要的技术 Cookie；这与广告或行为分析无关。

保存与安全

你留下的联系方式与对话相关记录，仅用于上述用途，并采取合理措施保护。保留期间以能够完成回复与合规沟通为限；不再需要时会删除或匿名化处理。

第三方

邮件发送、表单处理等可能经由托管服务商（如托管数据库与邮件服务）完成。他们仅在为子叶提供服务所必需的范围内处理数据。

你的权利

你可以要求查阅、更正或删除我们持有的与你相关的联系记录，也可以取消订阅。请写信至 info@ziye.com.my，我们会在合理时间内处理。

未成年人

本站服务主要面向企业掌舵人与相关成人。我们不主动收集未成年人的个人信息。

ZiYe values every word you leave, and values your privacy. This page explains how we collect, use, and protect related information. For questions, write to info@ziye.com.my.

What we collect

Contact details you provide — for example email for subscription, or details left in an application or “Leave a word”.
Content you write — application answers, letter text, or Decision Mirror content you choose to send or share for review.
Technical data — we currently do not use Google Analytics or similar analytics cookies; only necessary technical cookies may be used for basic site function (e.g. session or security).

Content kept only for yourself in the Decision Mirror, or closed without sending, is not stored or transmitted.

How we use it

To reply to messages, applications, and exploratory-call arrangements.
To send subscribed articles or occasional service updates (you may unsubscribe anytime).

ZiYe does not sell personal information, and does not use conversation content for public cases or marketing without your prior written permission.

Cookies & analytics

Google Analytics (GA4) and similar analytics tools are not currently enabled, and there is no cookie-consent bar. If analytics is reintroduced later, this page will be updated and a consent mechanism will be provided where appropriate. The browser may still set necessary technical cookies for normal operation; these are unrelated to advertising or behavioural analytics.

Retention & security

Contact and conversation-related records are kept only for the purposes above, with reasonable safeguards. Retention lasts as long as needed for reply and compliance; when no longer needed, records are deleted or anonymised.

Third parties

Email and form processing may involve hosted providers (database and mail services), solely as needed to serve ZiYe.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete contact records we hold, or unsubscribe. Write to info@ziye.com.my; we will respond within a reasonable time.

Minors

This site is intended for business leaders and related adults. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

Updates

Material updates will be dated on this page. Continued use of the site means you are aware of the updated policy.
